Bundle makes A4 invoice PDFs and 80 mm receipt PDFs. Print through your Android device or browser's print dialog using a printer available there, or save the PDF. Direct thermal, kitchen and label-printer connections are planned. Specific brands and models have not yet been verified; see Printers & connections under Help, or send your printer model to erpbundle@gmail.com before buying hardware.

No. Bundle never charges per user. Your price depends only on the plugins you switch on — add your whole team at no extra cost.

Every sale, purchase and payment goes straight into your accounts, so your books are always correct without extra work. That's why every bundle starts with Accounting, and it's counted in the price you see.

Yes. With three or more plugins the whole bundle gets a discount, already taken off in the prices on this page. Paying yearly costs less again: a year is charged as eleven months.

Prices are before GST. GST at 18% is added on your invoice, and as a registered business you can claim it back as input tax credit.

A counter needs products and invoices behind it, so Bundle adds Inventory and Sales automatically and shows them in your total before you pay. No surprises.

Some plugins, like Landed Costs, are paid once instead of monthly. You keep them for as long as your company uses Bundle, with every update included.

Yes. Start small and switch plugins on as your business grows. Your data stays where it is.

Profit & loss (compared with the previous period), balance sheet, trial balance, general ledger, cash and bank book, day book, receivables and payables ageing, customer and supplier statements, tax report, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and HSN summary, sales by customer or product and purchases by supplier. Profit & loss and balance sheet also come in the two-sided layout accountants in India prefer (expenses beside income, liabilities beside assets, grouped ledgers, your letterhead). Each works for any date range, opens down to the entry behind a figure, and exports to Excel, PDF or CSV.

Yes. Add the currencies you trade in with their exchange rates, and a customer or supplier can be billed in theirs. Each invoice and bill keeps the rate of its day, payments take the rate of the day they arrive, and the difference is booked as an exchange gain or loss. Open foreign balances can be revalued at any date.

Android and the web app are available now — open the web app from any browser on your laptop. The iPhone app is on the way, and one account works across all three.

No. Sign in with your email and password and your company's records are saved to your account, so they're the same on every phone you sign in on. Only the demo stays on the phone.

Yes: hotel rooms with a two-week calendar, restaurant tables, clinic appointment slots and tour departures with seats. Advances and deposits are held, used on the final bill, refunded, or kept as a cancellation charge with GST.
